ABOUT BONNIE
Bonnie Yip is a London-based makeup artist and hair stylist with extensive experience in fashion, editorial, advertising, and bridal work.
She trained in makeup artistry at the London College of Fashion (2005–2006) and has since built a career working across diverse industries.
Specialising in Chinese and Oriental bridal makeup and hair, Bonnie is known for her signature look—natural, flawless makeup that enhances a woman’s features and allows her to feel like the most beautiful version of herself.
In addition to bridal work, Bonnie also offers makeup and hair styling for special occasions, events, and editorials, as well as makeovers, private lessons, and professional training.
ABOUT A TRIAL
You should allow a minimum 2.5 hours for your makeup and hair trial.
Bonnie will discuss with you the style of your dress and any ideas you have about the sort of make up look you want to go for. Your makeup trial will also include an assessment of your skin type and recommend products to suit your skin.
Once you are happy with the look, we record all the makeup products used which we keep as a record for your makeup on the day.
Bonnie would suggest you to schedule your trial within 1-3 months before your wedding.
The trial will take place in your own home or at Bonnie's home studio in south east London.
